Liquid Hydrogen Lift Check Valve

Product Introduction

The Neway liquid hydrogen valve series — specifically designed lift-check valves — deliver safe, reliable backflow prevention for cryogenic hydrogen applications. Built for extreme low-temperature service (down to –253 °C), the liquid hydrogen lift check valve has considered extended body with vacuum-jacketed construction to reduce heat ingress. The guided disc with spring-return mechanism ensure stable, jamming-free performance in demanding environments.

Key Features & Specifications:

Proper material selection to avoid hydrogen embrittlement and special control of the chemical composition to guarantee the valve performance under -253 service. These valves are optimized for minimized vaporization and long-term operational reliability. Multiple end connections and structural configurations allow these liquid hydrogen valves to integrate smoothly into hydrogen storage and transfer applications.

Size Range: ½″ to 6″ (DN15–DN150) Pressure Rating: 150 lb to 600 lb.

Temperature Range: –253 °C to +120 °C.

Connection Types: SW (Socket Weld), BW (Butt Weld), RF (Raised Face flange) — compatible with different piping standards.

Structure / Type: Lifting-type check valve with extended, vacuum-jacketed body to reduce thermal ingress.

Disc & Closure Mechanism: Guided disc with spring-return ensures quick response and prevents jamming.

Extended Design: PCTFE-incorporated extended stem minimizes vaporization space and prevents freezing in cryogenic service.

Sealing & Insulation: Vacuum-jacketed construction improves thermal isolation.

Applications: Liquid hydrogen tanks, transfer pipelines, cryogenic service lines, hydrogen supply systems where dependable liquid hydrogen valves are required.
