Neway Valve Safety Month Concludes Successfully: Immersive Drills Strengthen the Safety Defense Line

2025-08-28

The month-long "Safety Production Month" campaign organized by Neway Valve Division has been successfully concluded. Centered around the theme "Everyone Promotes Safety, Everyone Can Respond – Identifying Hidden Risks Around Us," the event introduced innovative immersive experience programs. Through the model of "hands-on participation & practical drills”, employees enhanced their safety operation skills and risk prevention awareness in realistic scenarios.

From theory to practice, the Safety Month featured a range of core activities designed to be interactive and closely aligned with actual production needs:

Employees started with theoretical training on hazard identification, where they mastered risk recognition methods. They then entered a simulated fire scene, practicing crucial survival skills such as low-posture protection and escape route identification amid thick smoke and darkness. Through hands-on safety simulation operations, they intuitively realized the importance of properly wearing protective equipment and adhering to procedures. In the " Spot the Hazard Game " interactive game, participants spun a wheel to identify risks on hazard maps, strengthening their hazard detection abilities in an engaging atmosphere. Finally, using an electronic fire extinguisher training system, employees repeatedly practiced the standardized "Lift, Pull, Hold, Squeeze" movements, mastering the selection and use of fire extinguishers in different fire scenarios.

The event was met with an enthusiastic response and active participation from employees. Many participants shared that the immersive experiences not only deepened their understanding of the necessity of standardized operations and key aspects of emergency response but also significantly enhanced their ability to remain calm and respond effectively in critical situations.

Neway Valve always prioritizes employee safety as the cornerstone of its development. We firmly believe that safety is not only a system but also a culture, a responsibility, and the deepest care for our employees. Moving forward, Neway will continue to strengthen its safety culture development, using innovative educational approaches to reinforce safety defenses, create a safer working environment for employees, and provide solid support for the company’s high-quality development.
