This summer, Neway Valve warmly welcomed its 2026 cohort of new graduates. To help new employees transition into the workplace, the company organized a three-day onboarding training program, officially marking the start of their professional journeys.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Elvin, CEO, delivered a speech extending a warm welcome to all new graduates joining the company. He systematically reviewed the company’s development journey, elaborated on its core values and corporate culture, and encouraged every new employee to remain passionate about learning, embrace innovation, and achieve mutual growth with the company.
The training program covered company policies, administrative benefits, and 5S site management, helping new employees quickly acclimate to office standards. Dedicated sessions on environmental protection and workplace safety further reinforced their awareness of safety responsibilities. In addition, the program included interactive games and hands-on exercises. These activities not only fostered mutual understanding among participants but also enabled them to familiarize themselves with the office environment, understand business processes, and experience corporate culture firsthand, effectively enhancing their teamwork and communication skills.
With a focus on graduate career development, the company’s Chief Engineer presented a talent cultivation system covering rotational training and career progression pathways, offering new employees a clear vision for their future. Outstanding representatives from previous graduate cohorts were also invited to share insights, combining industry trends with their personal experiences to answer questions and provide valuable guidance.
Looking ahead, Neway will continue to refine its talent development framework and work hand in hand with its emerging workforce to explore broader horizons in the valve industry.
