Recently, Neway Valve launched a special employee mental health campaign themed “Learn, Communicate, Practice, Grow” across multiple factory sites. With dedicated zones for mental health consultation, interactive experience and questionnaire surveys, the initiative brought professional mental health services to employees. Nearly 700 participant visits were recorded on-site, reflecting strong employee engagement and positive results.
Professional psychological counselors were invited to provide on-site one-on-one mental health consultation and educational guidance. Employee consultations mainly focused on three aspects: basic mental health awareness and counseling-related knowledge; anxiety recognition and regulation, as well as practical stress-relief methods to ease emotional exhaustion; and real-life challenges such as family communication. The targeted, professional guidance effectively addressed employees’ psychological needs in daily life.
Combining engaging interactive activities with mental health questionnaires, the campaign helped employees relax and strengthen their emotional resilience through immersive, pleasant experiences. Gifts were prepared for interactive sessions, further enhancing employee participation and overall experience. Based on the questionnaire surveys, the company gained a better understanding of employees’ mental health needs, providing solid data support for optimizing future services.
This special campaign is an important employee care initiative by Neway to protect the physical and mental well-being of its employees.
